  • Accepted Products: Returns and exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.
  • Product Condition: Items must be returned new and unused.
  • Return Window: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions.

📦 Return Instructions

  • Return Method: All returns must be shipped by mail.
  • Return Label: Customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.
  • Packaging: Please include the original packaging and your order number inside the return package.

💵 Refund Details

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fees apply.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
